Class Descriptions

  • All Levels Vinyasa

Energize, ground and center yourself with Vinyasa yoga. Regular practice of this dynamic flow will improve strength, flexibility and ability to tolerate and manage stress. We focus on linking movement with breath, working safely within our own bodies and challenging our minds to stay present. No experience required.

  • Strong Vinyasa Flow

A faster paced Vinyasa flow with focus on strength-building postures.

  • Gentle Yoga

Focus on energetics and alignment in postures with plenty of modifications for all levels in this Hatha style yoga class.

  • Yin Yoga

Yin is a cooling practice that is done on the floor or close to the floor. We use props and stay in postures from 2-5 minutes without using muscular effort to compress and stress the connective tissue/ fascia in the body in order to improve its health. The props help you find your own individual expression of the pose that works for your body.

  • Tween Yoga (Parents Optional)
