Saturday, October 11, 2025 Teasers for Tatas Pilates Mat Class Fundraiser 2pm
Please join Classical Pilates expert, Amy Berger, of Star Pilates, for a Pilates mat class on Saturday, October 11th at 1pm at HeartBreath Yoga Studio.
This class is part of a fundraiser to support Teasers for Tatas, a breast cancer charity whose mission is to provide a community of support for Patients, Previvors, Thrivers, and Survivors.
Please spread the word so we can fill these classes, raise money for a great cause, and have fun with Pilates at the same time!

Sunday, October 26, 2025 An Evening of Bhakti Yoga & Kirtan 7pm
Bhakti Yoga is a form of yoga centered around devotion to a higher power, often accompanied by chanting and Kirtan music. It is a means to deepen love, compassion, inner peace and empathy. This evening will be led by Ardmore’s own experienced Kirtan musicians Lenny Checchio and Samantha Darnell.

Sunday, November 2, 2025 Elemental Breathwork & Movement Ceremony with Melissa DeJoseph 10am
*A 90-minute experiential healing workshop*
In this immersive ceremony, we’ll explore the elements as allies for healing and transformation Through guided movement and breathwork, you’ll engage the elements — earth, water, fire, and air as resources to support your nervous system, balance your energy, and process emotions.
The Movement Practice:
We’ll begin with simple, symbolic movements that embody each element, helping you connect to their qualities within your body.
Breathwork:
From there, we’ll deepen into a guided breathwork journey, working with the same elemental energies to release energy, compost stagnant, unfelt emotions, and create space for renewal.
Integration:
Together, we’ll close with grounding practices and intentions to carry forward the insights and healing of the evening.
This experience is designed to support your **body, mind, and heart**, offering tools to move through stress, awaken vitality, and open to deeper self-connection.
